The Upper School Musical—Amélie

On Wednesday, November 2nd,
following two solid months of
rehearsals, Trevor debuted its
Fall 2022 Musical, Amélie. Amélie is
based on the 2001 French film by
Jean-Pierre Jeunet, which became
famous for its French-New-Wave-
style romanticism and artistry. The
story follows Amélie from age 8
to 19 on her journey to break out
of her imagination and find true
connections in the real world.
Working with a cast of nine
talented actors and a group of
more than 20 multi-faceted crew
members and musicians, guest
director Coleman Ray Clark and
guest music director Ian Miller
helped bring a magical story and
experience to the stage. In Coleman's
words, "It's the story of a girl, with an
imagination full of light, who breaks
