Lisa Whitbeck, Grade 3 Head Teacher, had two photographs displayed at the MVA (Modern Visual Arts) Gallery in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania this past September. From top to bottom on the left, they are entitled "Under the Infinite Sky" and "Hello." Brooke Maloney, Grade 4 Head Teacher (Humanities) and Lower School Social Studies Curriculum Coordinator, married Jason Adams on October 8, 2022. Xiaomo Hong & Eva Tseng Burgoyne, Upper School and Middle School Mandarin Teachers, respectively, attended the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) Convention & Expo in Boston from November 17th– 20th. ACTFL aims to improve and expand the teaching and learning of all languages at all levels of instruction. During the convention, Xiaomo also gave a presentation at a CLASS (Chinese Language Association of Secondary-Elementary Schools) Swap Shop. Ben Raisher, Upper School Physics and Problems in Science Teacher, and his wife Shira welcomed their third child, Ori Jacob, who arrived January 24, 2023 at 10:00 am. Older sister Rachella (who is three years old) and older brother Shai (nearly two years old) are delighted—as is Grandpa Eric Raisher, pictured on the right in this image. Eric retired from Trevor in 2018 after teaching science (10th-grade Biology, Problems in Science, Forensics, Environmental Science) for many years.
