My passion for living on the ocean expanded further when I worked for the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines for three years. I was fortunate enough to travel the world while running the children's program and being part of the cruise's entertainment staff. / 2. Broadway Jr. scripts and pink glitter hat: Ever since I've been at Trevor, I have been actively involved in Lower School MiniTerm, which mounts a full-scale musical in under four weeks with the 4th and 5th graders. The scripts on my desk are just some of the shows in which I have been involved. Most recently, Mr. Degge and I directed Matilda Jr. The pink hat is from SpongeBob the Musical, from the big tap dance number I choreographed. / 3. Tap shoes: I grew up dancing and performing, and I have choreographed several tap numbers in our MiniTerm productions. This year, my 5th-grade dance club performed a tap number for their winter concert to "Singin' in the Rain"! They were amazing! / 4. Photographs of my daughters: My daughters, Lexi and Roxy, who are Trevor 10th and 9th graders. / 5. Chess trophy: Our AfterSchool chess class competed in two chess tournaments. Some years ago, they earned 6th place. / 6. Lesson planning books, theatre games books, and icebreaker books: Every day during AfterSchool, when the kids have downtime before their respective classes, I love to play different theatre games and icebreakers from lessons I created when I was in school studying theatre education. / 7. Trevor Apples: Full-time faculty, staff, and administration receive a crystal apple for every five years they have worked here. So, the four apples on my shelf represent my 20 years here at Trevor (so far!). 1 Lisa Goldberg / Director of Auxiliary Programs TREVOR DAY SCHOOL / 47 INSIDE TREVOR TREVOR TRANSLATES FEATURE AR TICLES ALUMNI
