Chris Wilford W'86 Chris Wilford W'86 shares that after years as a professional drummer, he transitioned into the fine wine business. In 2014, he joined Cami Music, where he managed musicians and produced touring productions. His work includes theatrical productions of The Lord of the Rings series with full orchestra and chorus, as well as large-scale performances. This past July, he and his team were thrilled to sell out three nights at Madison Square Garden with their presentation of Joe Hisaishi and Studio Ghibli. He and his wife, Meredith, welcomed their daughter, Addison, in 2014. The family continues to reside in NYC and stays connected with many fellow Walden alumni. John Frankfurt '87 John Frankfurt '87 is living in NYC with his family. He works as a Senior Project Manager for the technology team at Fox Corporation. He's also an advisory board member at the New York Film Forum movie theater. His son, Victor, will enroll in Trevor's freshman class this fall. Benjahmin Koenigsberg '00 Nearly a decade ago, Benjahmin Koenigsberg '00 made the decision to go vegan, standing against animal exploitation. For the past six years, he has been a passionate advocate for animal rights, through grassroots campaigns and outreach to spread awareness. Benjahmin is also involved with Christspiracy: The Spirituality Secret, a documentary that asks, "Is there a spiritual way to kill an animal?" The film, available for free at christspiracy.com, challenges viewers to apply the core principle of non- violence to all beings. In addition to his work with the film, Benjahmin contributes to Allied Scholars for Animal Protection, an organization dedicated to promoting veganism on U.S. college campuses. You can follow Benjahmin's journey and learn more about what he considers to be "the moral urgency of veganism" by subscribing to his YouTube channel, where he shares his original videos on the subject. Rachel Tavel '01 Rachel Tavel '01 recently made a big move to Berlin, Germany, with her husband and 4-year-old son, August. As a physical therapist, Rachel also works as a writer and fitness expert for various health and fitness magazines and startups. When she's not writing, you'll find Rachel exploring the cafés of Berlin or going for a run. She recently completed her first marathon—the 2024 Berlin Marathon! Rachel is also slowly learning German and looks forward to reconnecting with fellow TDS alums, with hopes of attending a class reunion in the future.
