THE LATE FATIMA SAMBO SCHOENFELDER
P'29, TREVOR PARENT AND PUPPETEER,
shared a puppet show based on her
book, The Dandelion's Wish from the
Swedish Cottage Marionette Theater.
Eighth-grade students had the
opportunity to visit the DNA LEARNING
CENTER AT CITY TECH in Brooklyn.
Students genetically engineered E.coli
then paired this with an antibiotic
resistance gene called AMPr, and
observed how it responded.
DECEMBER
A group of students from the Upper School
Trevor Troubadours sang Leonard Bernstein's
"CHICHESTER PSALMS" AT CARNEGIE HALL,
alongside the Cecilia Chorus of New York.

JANUARY
Students from Radical Texts, Trevor's 11th- and
12th-grade interdisciplinary English/Performing
Arts class, attended a performance of the
Civilians' "RADIO DOWNTOWN" AT 59E59 THEATERS. THE PLAY FEATURED JENNIFER
MORRIS '84, and students had the opportunity to meet her after the show.
Dr. Dave Anderson, an expert in the field of child and adolescent psychology with
the Child Mind Institute, gave a presentation on the intersection of technology
and youth mental health. This evening, in collaboration with the Health & Wellness
program, was the inaugural workshop in TREVOR'S PARTNERS IN EDUCATION
PARENT SERIES.
