This recipe was created by my Great Aunt
and my mom would make them for me every
year for my birthday. Now I make them for
birthdays and special occasions. They are
delicious and people always leave with one!
INGREDIENTS
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
4 large beaten eggs
2 sticks margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup sugar
1 cup unsifted plain flour (or more)
DIRECTIONS
1. Melt the chocolate and margarine in a large bowl.
2. Combine sugar, flour, and vanilla. Do not beat much.
3. Add all ingredients and mix carefully.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
n Makes about 24 cupcakes. Use paper bake cups in
muffin tins.
