APPETIZER
Party Cheese Ball

My grandmother, who was also a teacher, always made
this recipe for family gatherings and it is one of my favorite
recipes to this day.
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces of cream cheese
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped pimento
2 (or more) tablespoons chopped
green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup finely chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix the first seven ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball and roll into
finely chopped pecans.
3. Serve with crackers.
