Already, Making Space students use AI tools to organize information, identify patterns, and support early-stage ideation. As projects progress, AI will help prototype designs, plan spatial layouts, inform interdisciplinary work, and elevate the creative process as a whole. Our approach emphasizes thoughtful, intentional use, encouraging critical thinking while also serving as a catalyst for collaboration and inclusion. Above all, we hope students cultivate a mindset of curiosity, experimentation, and reflection, preparing them for a future shaped by evolving AI.
