Luke Sample '21 Luke Sample '21 is chasing his dream of playing professional golf after standout careers at both the high school and college levels. This past July brought a major milestone: his PGA Tour– sanctioned event debut at the Korn Ferry Tour NV5 Invitational. With his first taste of the pro stage, Luke is eager to keep building momentum and turn his lifelong passion into a career. Ana Sofia Harrison '21 Ana Sofia Harrison '21 majored in Human Rights and Women's Studies at Barnard, with minors in Feminist Science and Technology Studies and Art History. She interned at the Surveillance Technology Oversight Project and at Correlation European Harm Reduction Network, inspiring her honors thesis, which compares harm reduction strategies in Amsterdam and New York City. This fall, she returns to the Netherlands as a research fellow with the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law. There, she will research the inclusion of marginalized groups in AI development and policymaking, explore broader coalition building, and examine the societal impacts of artificial intelligence. Ben Appelbaum '23 Ben Appelbaum '23 and fellow Trevor alumni gathered for Parents Weekend at Washington University in September, a reminder of the lasting bonds and shared experiences that link them back to Trevor. Abby Schnitzer '21 Abby Schnitzer '21 graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University on May 18, with a BA in Mathematics and a minor in Educational Studies. She returned to Trevor Day School this fall as an Upper School Mathematics teacher and is delighted to begin her teaching career at her alma mater. Emma José '24 Emma José '24 won the U19 North American Irish Dance Championships. This is one of the most prestigious international events in Irish dance, drawing from top competitors from around the world.
