As expected at a Hackathon, there were thrilling coding competitions that added to the excitement. Gabe E.'s team took home the trophy for the advanced level with their imaginative Gone Fishing game, while Laila C.'s team won the beginner level with their creative Rocket Exploration and Landing game. The atmosphere was electric as teams showcased their skills and innovation! But this Hackathon had a special twist. Participants also enjoyed a lively Rube Goldberg competition, where their creativity and engineering skills shone. THE WINNERS IN VARIOUS CATEGORIES WERE: • MOST SUCCESSFUL RUBE GOLDBERG: Gabe K., Jason B., Asher W. • LARGEST & LONGEST RUBE GOLDBERG: Andre J., Tomas G., Ethan C. • MOST INNOVATIVE RUBE GOLDBERG: Kayi Z., Jenna B., Oliver G. On Saturday, May 10, 2025, Trevor held its first Hackathon. It was an incredibly fun and engaging experience for everyone involved! Then a senior, William Kamfar '25, spearheaded the event as part of his Bridge project; he ensured that there were competitions and activities for all attendees, regardless of their prior experience or skill level.
