Starting with questions,
rather than racing toward answers,
probably looks and feels
very different from what most
of us experienced as students.
And it stands in direct contrast to the long-standing
national trend to measure achievement only through
standardized test scores, to homogenize curricula,
and to teach by rote to "the average student."
