class happenings: 1990s–2000s eliza Johnson '98 "I am currently living on the Upper West Side, working as a Production Manager at Lincoln Center. I am still acting—I do a couple of small shows a year. I am also co-producing a web series; we just finished filming and editing the pilot episode. Laura Davan (Weinberger) '98 and I took our annual trip to San Diego and Baja, and had a blast (as we always do). We celebrated 20 years of being best friends (having met at The Day School)! Shout out to the three best teachers at TDS: Joseph Ulitto, Emmett Smith, and Suzanne Gleason." Brad leader '98 Brad married Rebecca Hyman in the first few days of 2015 at the Loeb Boathouse in Central Park. Congratulations and best wishes to Brad and Rebecca! Kate Merker '98 This past July my wife Danielle and I welcomed our son, Julius James Merker- Passno, into the family and we couldn't be more thrilled for all the adventures that lay ahead. I am currently the Food and Nutrition Director at Woman's Day Magazine and happily living in Brooklyn. Mark Rothman '98 "Some pretty exciting and big news: Over the summer I bought the Milwaukee Bucks Official NBA warm-up jersey." lizzy Schubert '01 Lizzy Strauss Schubert '01 and Ramon Kapoor were married on May 31, 2014 in Brooklyn, NY. The wedding party was well represented by fellow Trevor Day Dragons, including Cate Bell '01, Laura Rosenshine '01, and Liz Walsh '01. High School Division Director, Dan Feigin '84, was also in attendance. rachel Tavel '01 "I'm in my second year of a three-year Doctor of Physical Therapy program at NYU. I'm very happy in NYC, just can't wait to be a working physical therapist in a couple of years. Stay tuned!" Nicole Brown '02 "I relocated last year to the D.C. area to pursue my Master's in Education Policy at The George Washington University. After seven years of working in the city at various youth- focused non-profits, the call to make changes in education at a farther-reaching level was too great to ignore—so off to D.C. I went! I sometimes miss NYC, especially when the subway or "Metro" stops running reliably after midnight (so weird!), but for the most part, I'm loving the transition: the slower pace, my current neighborhood in Arlington, and the many bushy white-tailed bunny rabbits I see on my lawn each day! I'm still relatively new to the area, so if there are any Trevor Day folks out here, let me know and we can grab some coffee." arianna Kailas '02 "Here [to the right] is a picture of my husband, Ross Stern, and me. We're actually both Trevor alums and we were married this summer in the Hudson Valley. Our engagement shots were taken in front of the 90th Street building, because that's where we met in 5th grade!" Brian landau '02 Brian is living in New York with his wife, Arielle. He is a Senior Account Director at IZEA, a leader in the influencer marketing and social sponsorship spaces. yaniv "Nev" Schulman '02 "My big update is that I just had my first book published with Grand Central.
