"rough the Artist in Residence (AIR) program, we can bring in experts and expose children to different cultures. Capoeira is an example that blends art and physical education—and the children are crazy about it. e Annual Fund is a shot in the arm for our curriculum, supporting programs like AIR. I'm an alum parent and I want to make sure this school keeps kicking, even after I stop kicking. Also, as a competitive coach, I want to accomplish my dream of 100% faculty/staff participation, because I truly believe that our contributions are not only symbolic of our dedication to Trevor, but also make a tremendous difference to the students." –Mirko Cavar Director of Lower School Physical Education and Annual Fund Faculty Co-Chair "When faculty approach me with innovative ideas, the Annual Fund allows me to say yes to supplying their classrooms with the materials and equipment they need, yes to a new MiniTerm class, yes to a field trip at a real DNA lab, and yes to a professional development workshop. No matter the size of my Annual Fund gift, it makes a difference in the lives of our students." –Rebecca Damas Director of Middle School Every gift to the Annual Fund—no matter the amount— makes a real difference because of the importance of participation. Much like learning at Trevor, these contributions build upon each other, and achieve an outcome far greater than any one part. Please join us in supporting the Annual Fund this year. ank you for doing your part: www.trevor.org/giving e Trevor Annual Fund: What's the difference? You may know that the Annual Fund makes up the difference between tuition revenue and the full cost of a Trevor education. But what does that really mean? And what difference does it make for our children? ree faculty/staff members explain why they give to the Annual Fund. " Sending your child to Trevor is a vote of confidence. Working at Trevor for more than half of your life (like some of us have) is a vote of confidence. And, contributing to the Annual Fund so that Trevor can increase its diversity of programs, students, and teachers, is a vote of confidence. It is an excellent way of saying 'I share Trevor's vision and I value the Trevor community.'" –Blanca Llaurado Grade 9–12 Spanish Teacher
