A Tribute to Sally Rocker 0 4 T R E V O R D AY S C H O O L n S U M M E R 2 0 1 5 – 2 0 1 6 e Sally A. Rocker eatre for the Arts in Trevor's Upper School building was formally dedicated to outgoing Board President Sally Rocker on June 1, 2016, as more than 200 members of the Trevor community gathered to honor Sally and express their gratitude for the many milestones accomplished during her eight-year tenure as president. From 2008 through 2016, she oversaw the implementation of Trevor's ambitious facilities plan, which created new spaces for all of our students with the construction of a new Upper School from the ground up, and the renovation of the Goodman Building for our Lower School. In 2014, with Sally at the helm, Trevor welcomed our new Head of School, Scott Reisinger, after a nationwide search, even as we concluded the historic Building the Future Capital Campaign, which raised more than $28 million for new facilities with Sally serving as lead volunteer. Most recently, she initiated the strategic planning process. Trevor has indeed been fortunate to have had Sally's leadership during this pivotally important period. MaryKay Coyle, a longtime Trevor parent and trustee, has been elected president of the Board of Trustees. Her term will commence with the 2016–2017 academic year. MaryKay and her husband, Joe Faccibene, came to Trevor in 2001 and are the parents of Joseph, who is beginning his first year at Notre Dame, and Michael, a rising junior. MaryKay, a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, joined the Board in 2005 and was elected vice president in 2010, a position she has held since that time. In addition to having served as co-chair of the Head of School Search Committee and chair of the Strategic Planning Committee, MaryKay was also Parents Association co-president for the Lower School from 2005 through 2007.
