Howard Latting, Trevor's AfterSchool Martial Arts Teacher for over 30 years, welcomed a baby girl. Evia Luna Ahli Morgan Latting was born on February 5th, at 2:40 pm, weighing in at 6 lbs 14 oz. Brandy Hearn, Grade 4 Mathematics and Science Teacher, and her husband, Diego Pardo, are thrilled to announce the birth of Olivia Gervais Pardo. She was born April 20th, at 2:51 pm; Olivia weighed 7 lbs 2 oz, and was 22 in long. Jane Slavens, Grades 6–8 Drama Teacher and Performing Arts Chair, and her husband, Michael, welcomed Lucille Wallace Slavens, who arrived on April 22nd (Earth Day), at 1:49 pm, "as healthy and feisty on the outside as she was on the inside." Lucille weighed 6 lbs 11 oz. Michael further reported that "her sister Ida is very excited to be a big sister and wants to 'pump all of her love into baby sissy,' so we'll see how that goes. Our house is full of snuggles!" Pepa Muñoz Tarazona, Lower School Spanish Teacher, and her husband, Juan Verdecho, welcomed Mateo Verdecho Tarazona. Mateo was born on June 9th. Using the metric system (everything is a teachable moment!), Mateo weighed in at 2.9 kg and was 49 cm long. Rich tells us, "Mommy and baby are all healthy and happy. Brothers Khalil and Lennox were so anxious to meet their new baby brother, they made this welcome sign for him on the driveway! ey can't wait for him to get a little bigger, so he can join in on their roughhousing. And we are looking forward to introducing him in person to the Trevor community." Arielle Lubman, Grades 9–12 Math Teacher, and her husband, Zachary, welcomed their daughter Logan Skye Cohen on June 24th, at 4:48 pm. She was 18.5 in, 6 lbs 3 oz. Logan joins her older puppy sister, Meadow. Chelsea Yorlano, College Counselor and College Office Manager, and her spouse, Chris, welcomed their daughter Claire Carina Yorlano. She was born at 9:16 am on June 21st. She was 7 lbs 13 oz and 20.5 in. Chelsea writes that she "and Chris are truly enjoying our time with our newborn. She brings so much happiness during these unsettling times."
