Elle Pérez '07 Elle was selected to be one of 75 artists to present work in the 79th Whitney Biennial at the Whitney Museum of American Art; it ran from May 17th to September 22nd. Elle is currently teaching classes at Harvard and Yale. Margaret Straw '08 Christine Straw writes, "Meg is a LTJC (lieutenant junior grade) in the U.S. Navy and recently returned from a deployment in the North Sea. She currently lives in Norfolk, Virginia." Brian Muller '09 Brian has been doing stand-up comedy for the past year. Last June, he appeared at the West Side Comedy Club as part of Laughing Affairs Presents: F Comedy Club. Brian also appears in the recently released comedy film Holly Star. Katharine Straw '09 Christine Straw shares that "Kate graduated last May from the Yale School of Nursing with an MS in Nursing. She is a licensed nurse practitioner practicing in Connecticut, at the West Haven VA." Rayna Mohrman '12 Rayna is working in Los Angeles, after having graduated from Newhouse School at Syracuse University with a master's degree. Louise Owens '12 Louise graduated from Duke University School of Nursing in December 2018, with a BSN. She is working as an RN in New York City. Emily Cohn '13 Emily's feature-length film CRSHD premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in April. e Hollywood Reporter raved: "irrepressibly inventive and often impulsively unrestrained, Emily Cohn's CRSHD guilelessly celebrates digital youth culture and its sometimes messy inconsistency with abundant energy and attitude….consistently surprising." Its international opening was in June, at Filmfest MÜnchen, in Germany. Jasper Soloff '13 Jasper "is gaining momentum as one of the most promising young photographers in 2019," says Vogue in a recent interview with him. e entire article can be seen here: https://bit.ly/2DJonw2. Elijah Frater '14 is past spring, the day before his graduation, Elijah was inducted into the College Key, at Bates College. At the ceremony, the following was said: "Elijah Frater has been a key member of the varsity basketball team for four years—showing the same hustle in the classroom and in pursuit of his professional goals as he has shown on the court. Eli has served as both a junior advisor as well as a residence coordinator community leader, with the added responsibility of supervising a team of residence coordinators. He has also been a valued member of the Prevention Action Response Team-steering committee, working on sexual violence–prevention initiatives. One faculty member wrote that Eli is widely respected by faculty, staff, and peers for his strong character, as well as his dedication and focus in pursuit of his long- term career goals. After graduation, Eli will be on his way to reaching his goal of working for the NBA as a recent hire by the Milwaukee Bucks—where he will serve as the Coordinator of Business Strategy and Event Activations."
