Megan Henry, Upper School Science Teacher, recently won an Independent Press Distinguished Favorite Award in the non-fiction category for her book, An Incomplete Theory: The Search for Quantum Gravity (A Story). She also created new cover art for the book, with guidance from Stephanie Knowles, Upper School Art Teacher. Valentine B. Edgar, Upper School History Teacher, shares big news! Ursula Bond Schewe was born on February 2, 2023, weighing 8lbs 1oz. Her parents and big sister, Astrid, are delighted with her! Xiaomo Hong, Upper School Mandarin Teacher, participated in an art show entitled "In the Mood for Love" in honor of women's history month. Its official opening at VillageOneArt was March 8th (International Women's Day). The exhibit, which ran from March 2nd through April 2nd, featured women artists working in mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United States, Australia, and Germany.
