Class Happenings Sabrina Fierman W'85 Sabrina Fierman W'85 is thriving in NYC! She continues to live and work in the city while raising her two children, now 15 and 21. As the owner of New York's Little Elves, the premier residential cleaning company specializing in post-construction cleaning, she welcomes connections with those in the building trades. She'd also love to hear from fellow alumni looking to reconnect—reach out and say hello! Dyllan McGee '85 Dyllan McGee '85 continues to make an impact in documentary filmmaking as Executive Producer of Henry Louis Gates Jr.'s GREAT MIGRATIONS: A PEOPLE ON THE MOVE, released this past February. The series is available to watch on PBS.org. Laura Spelman '86 Laura Spelman '86 is keeping busy in Davis, CA! She teaches Spanish at a Jesuit high school in Sacramento, while her husband, Rich, provides pulmonary and critical care services. Laura is celebrating milestones with her sons—her eldest is wrapping up his freshman year at UCLA, and her high school senior, Charlie, is eagerly awaiting his college decisions for the fall. David Changar W'86 David Changar W'86 turned a passion into a lifelong career! A year after graduating from college, he entered and won a competition for a site-specific sculpture—launching a career as a ceramic artist that has spanned over 30 years. Since then, he has created museum reproductions and sold his work through galleries and stores across the country. Reflecting on his journey, he credits an after-school class for sparking his artistic path. Along the way, he got married and had two children—his son is now 22, and his daughter is 18. David is still living in NYC, enjoys reconnecting with his Walden classmates, and welcomes the chance to catch up! Alumni in the area who'd like to connect can reach out, and those looking to stay in touch can join the Class of 1986 Facebook Messenger Group! 56 / TREVOR MAGAZINE SPRING 2024–25
