Papaya Cream with
Cais Liqueur

This is better than it sounds! It is very refreshing,
a light dessert. Easy to make and perfect on hot days.
It is called 'Crème de Papaya' and a very popular
dessert in Brazil.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups papaya—skin & remove seeds,
cut into big pieces
2 cups vanilla ice cream
¼ cup cassis liqueur
Mint leaves—to garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Place the papaya pieces and vanilla ice cream in a
blender.
2. Pulse until smooth and combined.
3. Spoon the papaya cream into 4 dessert glasses and top
each with 1 tablespoon of the cassis liqueur.
4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
