APPETIZER

Artichoke Dip

Our family is rooted in food and fellowship. We enjoy this dip
together with good conversation and a cold drink.
INGREDIENTS
1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts
(chopped)
8 ounces of cream cheese
1 cup Parmesan
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
(or small jar of Best Foods, Duke's
or Hellmann's)
8 cloves of raw garlic chopped fine
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon of dill
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees
2. Mix softened cream cheese and all ingredients.
*Except ½ of the feta.
3. Put in 8 ½" x 11" casserole dish.
4. Sprinkle remaining feta over top along with a little dill.
5. Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
n Serve with sourdough slices or tortilla chips.
This can also be spread on top of a barbecued burger or
chicken in place of cheese.
