APPETIZER
Chickpea and
Avocado Salad

It's tangy and fresh and everyone loves it!
INGREDIENTS
2 cans of chickpeas (washed)
1 avocado (cut in cubes)
1 cup chopped Kale
1 cucumber chopped and pealed
1 tsp chaat masala
(Pakistani spice)
5 tablespoons tamarind sauce
(pakistani sauce)
Sprinkle of salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine chickpeas, cucumbers and kale.
2. Add avocado.
(It's better to add avocado right before serving).
3. Add salt, chaat masala, and tamarind sauce.
4. Mix everything and keep in refrigerator.
