School News Hour of Code/Girls Who Code In December, Trevor participated in its 2nd annual hour of code. Joining millions of students worldwide, hour of code was a 60-minute introduction to computer science, designed to demystify code and demonstrate that anyone can learn the basics. She further explained how computers are an integral part of almost everything that the students use every day—from microwaves to video games—helping them reimagine computer science as a fun activity and a cornerstone to their worlds. at West 88th Street, hour of code was in full effect as MS students gathered in the common room to explore GroK learning courses, including emoticon Madness! and Disease epidemic!
