Tiffany and her husband, Kojo Dufu, came to Trevor in 2014. ey are the parents of a 2nd-grade daughter, and a son at another independent school. Tiffany is a catalyst-at- large in the world of women's leadership and the author of Drop the Ball, a memoir that shows women how to cultivate skills needed to thrive. Tiffany currently serves as Chief Leadership Officer at Levo, the fastest-growing millennial professional network. Having raised nearly $20 million toward the cause of women and girls, she was honored by Mattel in 2011 as one of their "10 Women to Watch," and was named by the National Council for Research on Women in 2012 as one of 30 women making change in the world. Tiffany is also a widely sought-after speaker on women's and Gen Y leadership and nonprofit fundraising, presenting at Fortune's "Most Powerful Women Summit," and "TEDxWomen." Tiffany is a member of Women's Forum of New York, Delta Sigma eta, Sorority, Inc., and serves on the National Board Development Committee for Girl Scouts of USA, Harlem 4 Kids, and StudentsFirstNY as well as on the advisory council of Women Ready for Hillary. Rachel is Assistant Professor of Medicine and Epidemiology at Columbia University Medical Center (CUMC), where she specializes in infectious diseases. Rachel is a clinician and educator who teaches several courses at the College of Physicians and Surgeons (P&S) at Columbia, including the "flipped- and-blended" Ready 4 Residency-course for fourth-year medical students, and the Microbiology and Infectious Disease course for first-year medical and dental students. Rachel has played an integral role in introducing Team-based Learning and Just in Time Tests as learning tools at CUMC, and strives to enhance learning by integrating technology into her courses. She also enjoys working with and training clinical fellows and residents. Rachel's teaching abilities have been recognized with several teaching awards, including the Distinguished Teacher of the Year award from the P&S Classes of 2012 and 2016, the Charles W. Bohmfalk Award for teaching in the preclinical years, and the Ewig Award for clinical teaching. Rachel received her MD from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and her MPH from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Tracey and her husband, David Beyer, came to Trevor in 2012 and are the parents of a 10th-grade son. Tracey has significant experience and a national practice in real estate finance and development. She focuses on real estate finance transactions and has structured and closed loans for retention by lenders and also loans to be securitized in numerous large-scale deals. She has handled all aspects of multi-state and large portfolio-lending transactions, including mezzanine, bridge, and construction loans. Having practiced in the New York metropolitan area for almost 30 years, Tracey's extensive experience includes the conveyance, construction, management, and leasing of highly sophisticated and complex commercial, retail, and residential projects, including shopping centers and hotels.
