TREVOR DAY SCHOOL / 31
Varsity Track & Field
Gerard Connelly, Varsity Track & Field Coach and Isabel Esch, Varsity Track & Field Assistant Coach
Spring track & field had one of their best seasons in school history. The highest point of the season was at the NYCAL
Track & Field Championship meet, where Trevor swept both the girls' and boys' team championship titles. This win
was the result of hard work, a passion for the sport, and the spirit of teamwork.
This season was also a big one for school records and national-level performances. We had school records in the
girls' 4x100 relay, girls' 4x400 relay, girls' 4x800 relay, and girls' high jump by Liz F. '26. On the boys' side, we saw a
school record in the 4x100 relay, as well as individual records in the 100m and 200m by Auren D. '25, shot put by
Nathan M. '25, and high jump by Dylan S. '25. Both the girls' and boys' 4x100 relay teams qualified for the National
Championship in Eugene, Oregon.
